By booking or using services provided by Saniyah (“we,” “us,” or “our”), or by accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms outline your rights and responsibilities when working with us.

2. Services Provided
Saniyah provides professional services including but not limited to:

• Residential cleaning

• Commercial cleaning

• Move-in and move-out cleaning

• Space organization and makeovers

• Filing and documentation organization

• Olfactory purification using natural essences (Oussoulans)

Service details, pricing, and schedules are confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Bookings & Payments

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

• Quotes are based on the size, condition, and scope of the space.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late or unpaid invoices may result in service suspension.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work differs significantly from what was originally communicated.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Missed appointments or denied access may be charged in full.
   

5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure safe and efficient service, clients agree to:

• Provide access to the premises

• Secure pets and valuables

• Inform us of any hazards or special instructions

• Communicate allergies or scent sensitivities prior to service

Saniyah is not responsible for pre-existing damage or unsafe conditions.

6. Satisfaction & Limitations
We strive to deliver high-quality, professional results. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.
While we take great care, Saniyah is not liable for:

• Normal wear and tear

• Pre-existing damage

• Loss of unsecured valuables

• Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

7. Use of Oussoulans (Natural Essences)
Our olfactory purification uses natural fragrances and incense. Clients with allergies, respiratory conditions, or sensitivities must inform us before service so we can adjust or omit scent use.

8. Website Use
All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Saniyah and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updates.
